With the programmable logic controller (PLC) being used as the control core, the system is of a full digital structure, spray needle and deflector are linked digitally. With the high speed ON/OFF valve being used as the electro/hydraulic converting elements, the governor has a strong capability of anti interference and anti oil contamination. Each spray needle and deflector is controlled separately by independent hydraulic control units, which has cancelled the traditional mechanically linked cam and connecting rod mechanism. The hydraulic follower system fully consists of the standard hydraulic elements,so,the governor has high level of withstanding voltage,high level of standarddization, and good universality of elements. By applying the highly integrated hydraulic technologies,the system is simple instructure, free os exposed tubes,free of levers,free of mechanical adjustment of zero position,and free of oil consumption in static condition,which is convenient in repair an maintenance.
